I am currently a Change Management Specialist at Elior North America. I have several years of experience managing and influencing change, building relationships, and managing projects. I also have training and coaching experience with both Employees and peers with a training certification from the Association for Talent Development, a certification as a Change Management Practitioner, and three years of experience in instructional design. I graduated from the Organizational Leadership Masters Program with a concentration in Human Resources in December of 2017, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Art degree in Sociology and a minor in Political Science in December of 2015 from Mercyhurst University. These experiences have helped me develop effective public speaking and written communication skills, consulting skills to build rapport with other business areas, and technical skills in the ADDIE model to design efficient learning materials and reports. Utilizing the ADKAR model, I have assisted Employees with changes in processes at Elior NA, and have a strong desire for continuous learning and development in change management principle.
