Experienced educator of 17 years who cares about students and passionately pursues excellence in the classroom through developing meaningful relationships, implementing data driven, best instructional practice, and seeking continuous improvement to ensure student achievement and positive learning outcomes.In 2022 I began my current role as Administrator of Academies at Bearden High School. Through this new role I have the opportunity to apply my experience as an educator and the skills and education I received as a 2018 MBA graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In this role I regularly leverage positive leadership and relationships, project management skills, business acumen and data analysis in order to create positive college and career educational and experiential learning initiatives for students. Our goal is to better educate, prepare, and equip our students for next generation workforce trends, careers, and skills through classroom content relevance and engagement with local community and industry partners.I love athletics and have spent time as a youth performance coach. Otherwise, you might find me mountain biking, trail running, at a CrossFit gym with friends, or spending time with my family.
