Kelley serves dually at Stormwalker Ranch Equine, Inc. as Director of Development and Coaching Ministries. The mixture of these two diverse responsibilities – Development and Coaching are grounded in her past work in Development & Customer Relations, Business Development, Life Coaching and Pastoral Care and Counseling. Kelley graduated from Biola University with a B.S. in Recreation & Camp Administration a practical foundation that she will be integrating with the Ranch as it begins the expansion of its camp, riding and custom programs and events. She is a gifted communicator who has already begun to significantly increase community awareness, participation, and partnership with SWR. In Development, Kelley is focused on establishing personal and community relationships, sharing the mission of the Ranch and serving as a conduit for volunteers and cultivating financial partnerships. Kelley is also a very talented and compassionate Life Coach. Paired with years of experiential learning, her education and gifts form the foundation of her professional coaching ministry, Intentional Being, LLC. With more than 20 years of working with individuals and families, she has helped to identify and address life obstacles while guiding people into more effectively understanding themselves and moving their personal plans and purposes fully forward. Her areas of focus include establishing personal identity and foundation, leadership, spiritual formation, women in crises, and grief. Her goal is to be intentional in helping others attain personal awareness, stability, and wholeness, interpersonal connectivity while growing and maturing spiritually.Kelley has two Master of Arts Degrees from BIOLA University - Talbot School of Theology, both in Practical Theology in Christian Ministry and Leadership – the first with an emphasis in Pastoral Care and Counseling and the second in Women’s Ministries (targeting crisis and trauma issues). She is a member of AACC-American Association of Christian Counselors and the IBCC-International Board of Christian Care with an Advanced Diploma as a Professional Christian Life Coach and as a Certified Mental Health Coach. She also serves as a Paul Harris Fellow with her local Rotary International Club, and Kiwanis International.
