CurrentI am involved in a highly confidential project buildout for a new initiative that is going to help Cardmembers around the globe. My team is responsible for the delivery of the initiative, on time and under budget. That role entails, but is not limited to the following workload:- Collaboration with the Project Management team to maintain the overall Project Plan. Ensure that allkey elements are considered and incorporated into the plan. Verify that deliverables align with targetdates and project milestones.- Working directly with Mastercard (MC) to develop a new Guide to Protection Benefits. Ensure theinclusion of all final Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for the benefits. Coordinating with Citi to confirmthat the wording in the MC T&Cs aligns with Citi's standards and policies.- Developing comprehensive reporting guidelines and procedures for 100% validation and sampledassessments across all new Citi initiatives. Additionally, establishing a robust framework for regularreporting updates, ensuring accurate and insightful information for effective project oversight anddecision-making.- Assisting in the contracting process and monitor progress to ensure timely updates. Ensuring thatcontractual agreements align with the project requirements.- Managing the funding related to benefits provided through the Guaranteed Issue Fund (GIF).Ensuring that the benefits funded by Citi through GIF are appropriately accounted for and allocated.- Reviewing communications for the new initiative planned by the Citi teams. Guaranteeing that themessaging is suitable for the benefits being offered and complies with relevant regulations andguidelines.- Collaborating with Citi product teams. Providing support related to benefits as these larger projectsare prioritized and executed.- Working with Customer Service (C/S) to update Citi C/S Sawgrass screens and messaging.Collaborating with CBS contacts to submit requirements for updating the Customer Billing System(CBS).
