St Croix Linen is a commercial hospitality laundry located near Downtown St Paul. We provide quality linen service and laundering to the airline industry, hotels and restaurants in the Twin Cities metro area.

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of internally developed solutions and third-party apps through the use of Microsoft IIS 8.5. Performs installations, configuration changes and upgrades, and responds to customer-reported and system-monitor-generated alerts. Assists with incident resolution and works with internal clients and consultants, release managers, project managers, system engineers, security analysts, and technical architects to deploy web and software applications. • Support and troubleshoot eCommerce websites, back end processes and third-party application software in partnership with the user/client community and internal and vendor IT staff• Perform updates for internally developed and 3rd party application installations and upgrades in Staging and Production environments• Assist in the implementation of new applications as well as the migration of legacy systems to 2012 R2 environments• Create and define documentation of application systems, process flows and technical release notes for the purpose of knowledge capture and sharing, troubleshooting, recovery, patching, and general environment management• Define standards for timely incident resolution, prevention, and knowledge transfer regarding the eCommerce websites and applications; escalate issues to the appropriate resources or management when necessary• Support and use of network and server infrastructure including F5 Load Balancers, vCenter & ASG• Utilize ServiceNow, SCOM and SquaredUp to monitor system/application availability and performance, and respond appropriately based on standard operating procedures
