- Curate custom itineraries for clients given their requested travel plans, working with a range of budgets, interests, and destinations.- Confirm air and hotel reservations for clients via Sabre GDS- Strong knowledge of preferred luxury suppliers and vast knowledge of worldwide destinations

- Enable advisors to optimize how they spend their time by assisting with trip research, quote generation and pricing confirmations, itineraries, reservation and amenity confirmations, concierge-like functions (the “above and beyond” stuff), invoicing, and profile maintenance- Provide vacation/OOO coverage for advisors- Assist with leisure travel needs that arise from Cadence Business Travel or Cadence Meeting + Incentive Travel clients

Part time position · Coordinates day of details to run and execute a seamless event· Supports guests with any questions and/or concerns during the course of the eventEnables me to work with the Event Manager to help run fabulous private parties as well as large scale events for the public. Make coordination with the client on the day of seamless so they can enjoy all aspects that have gone in to it to make their event magic. (i.e. corporate retreats/dinners, weddings, Boo at the Zoo, Zoo Lights, etc).
