Oversaw global product categories with combined annual revenues of +$350 M, all of which achieved global share leadership during tenure (Categories - Vital Signs Monitoring, Thermometry, Core Blood Pressure). Team developed and launched Welch Allyn's Electronic Vital Signs Documentation System (EVDS) which enables clinicians to acquire and transmit patient vital signs and other clinically relevant data to an institution's electronic medical record from the point of care eliminating errors, data latency, while saving time and improving outcomes. In parallel with launch effort, lead team that championed, developed a comprehensive, cross-functional Go To Market/Launch process that ran in parallel with the traditional R&D led development process, delivering global commercialization on time and on budget.

Key accomplishments included leading team in the development of a customer data warehouse, integrating direct and indirect transactional data, augmenting with strategic demographic rich 3rd party data sets, site inter-relationships and building/managing the team and back end processes to keep data current and aligned and consumable via a business warehouse tool utilizing SAP business explorer tools.
