The Acceleration Advisor Development Program is an industry-leading training and development program for junior brokers/agents. As I continue to assist the Colliers University team by managing our online learning management system (LMS), I also support the Advisor Development team. Working alongside the Program Director, Acceleration Advisor Development Program, I track and manage all new program hires, including on-boarding and program orientation while working with the Operations and People Services teams. I manage and coordinate all orientation events, generate monthly reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders, assign and track program participant assignments, tests, and evaluations. I track program participants progress throughout the two-year program, all while coordinating and executing all national event planning initiatives required for the programs meetings and events.
