eXp Realty is one of North America's fastest growing brokerage with 56% growth in agent count from 2019 to 2020. They are one of the highest valued, publicly traded real estate brands eclipsing that of Remax and Realogy (who owns brands such as C21 and Coldwell Banker). They are also a cloud based brokerage, which suits my business perfectly, frankly I haven't had the need for bricks and mortar for a long time so this transition makes a lot of sense. I look forward to continually servicing my clients and helping to mentor Realtors as they navigate the sometimes rough seas of real estate.

Most Realtors® can hammer out an email to a client or colleague when in the middle of a deal, but when it comes to writing good copy for their database to consume on a monthly basis, this is where they freeze up. Most don't stay in contact through email because they either don't know what to say, or how to say it.Rewrittn is going to help agents embrace writing, email marketing and in turn help to solidify the relationships that are the life blood of their real estate business.

After almost 4 years at CIR Realty, I took an opportunity to work closely with some of the brightest minds in real estate and to help build the only team based brokerage in Calgary.My position as a Realtor® to my clients has not changed, however, as a co-owner and partner I have been instrumental in bringing in systems and organizational structure to the brokerage along with creation and implementation of a recruitment plan to help grow the brokerage from a values based standpoint as well I have helped to institute training programs for our agents. My official title within the brokerage is COO, however, I consider myself to a builder of business as well as a coach and mentor to our agents. I have a love for technology and for exploring ways that tech can help to improve efficiency which ultimately leads to greater productivity and profitability.

We focus on the service we provide to our members and strive to listen to the needs of our users to better improve the system experience.My primary role as the CMO of repree is to raise awareness and the profile of the product by connecting with different agents across Canada and North America through social media and the writing and distribution of relevant content. My goal is to help the average Real Estate Agent become more efficient with the use of our system but also to help in streamlining their business through well thought out content and insight.

I recently switched companies and I know at some point in the near future I will look back and think why I didn't do it sooner.My core values so strongly mirror those of CIR Realty that it was a very easy decision to make a move.
