As a public health professional and research methodologist I have over 15 years of experience in conducting comprehensive evidence reviews to inform clinical, policy, and personal healthcare decisions. In my role as Associate Director of Clinical Evidence Contracts at ECRI I play a pivotal role in leading and co-leading evidence reviews for clients such as the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Department of Veterans Affairs/Department of Defense, and the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). I also serve as the Patient Engagement Specialist for the PCORI Health Care Horizon Scanning System, identifying, recruiting, and engaging with patients and caregivers to garner feedback on emerging healthcare interventions. Prior to joining ECRI, I served as the Project Manager for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Garrett Lee Smith Campus Suicide Prevention Project. During my tenure I spearheaded the development and implementation of vital suicide prevention and emotional wellness initiatives for students, faculty, and staff. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to improving healthcare and remain dedicated to ensuring healthcare decisions are evidence-based, patient-centered, and equitable.
