Over thirty years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry mean I have worked with some amazing teams and leaders - in operations, new store development, refurbishments and FM. Whilst successfully completing all kinds of diverse projects, leading people to individual and team development is the heart of what I do. It's led me to my true passion of coaching, which I run alongside my property career.I love the fast paced environment of hospitality, finding solutions to a huge variety of challenges. A full career in the industry has given me a deep understanding of how things work and what it takes to manage change. Strategic planning and implementation is key, whilst retaining degrees of flexibility to deal with the unexpected. Thoughtful communication has been a key to team successes.Alongside this, I get to slow the pace down with my coaching clients.
