I am a versatile and pragmatic Leader, with extensive Health and Social Care Programme management experience, Community and Business Development and Creative Arts Management. My expertise include strategic planning, business case development, stakeholder management and social marketing, using creative arts for health and wellbeing outcomes. I led on complex primary and urgent care transformational programmes, led the first council delivery of health visiting, family nurse partnership, and school health services in London and delivered local, national and international public health initiatives. My leadership is defined by compassion, driving transformational change, system integration, people development, and inclusive strategic planning. My mission is to make a positive impact by exploring creative, innovative, and continuous improvement methods for intended outcomes, rooted in equity and justice. As a former Registered Manager of a regulated service, I successfully completed the CQC registration process, achieving a "Good" rating with "Outstanding" leadership. Additionally, I have contributed to Ofsted and other regulatory requirements and am passionate about collaborating with diverse stakeholders and leading local and national research projects.
