Aug 2014- Present: Systems Administrator I am currently the systems administrator and technical project lead for TDI, which is an international shipping and logistics company, headquartered in New Orleans, LA. My Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Implement, Maintain/Administrate & Support “CargoWise”-TDI’s logistics and shipping software solution – This included, Project Planning and Implementation of CargoWise, Technical Support of the CargoWise Application and Server environment, Scheduling and Designing Training for the Users, CargoWise Admin and Support Training, Generating technical documentation for both technical support staff and the user community, User Account Creation, Maintaining and Administration Cargo Wise security groups and configuration.• Assist with building and administrating TDI’s MS Active Directory 2012 environment. I built and maintain 32 VM Servers (VMWare ESXI 5.5.) and 25 Physical Win 2012 Servers. I am specifically responsible for Application Servers and Services such as WSUS Updates, Kaspersky Antivirus, Shadow Protect& Image Manager, Cargo Wise Logistics Application and Server, and Exchange 2013 Messaging environment. My secondary responsibilities that run parallel to my administration of CargoWise are: • Support, and Administration of Enterprise Applications and Services. o Barracuda Spam filtering- Whitelisting, Blacklisting, Reportingo WSUS Services – Patch Managemento Email and Messaging Support and Administrationo MDM – Mobile Device Managemento Kaspersky Antivirus Serviceso Galaxy Security Application – Datacenter accesso Cisco Call Manager Account Management o Zendesk Service Desk• Maintain Vendor/ Supplier information
