I have a passion for film and video editing, along with music performance, composition, and conducting. I enjoy combining my film skills and my musical talent to produce creative work. My latest project can be found below!In the summer of 2013 I interned on the film 'Before I Disappear' which is currently screening at festivals worldwide. I worked in the Brooklyn office making production calls, but I also assisted on set at various shooting locations around NYC. Over the past few years I've worked as a PA and editor on numerous films for classes and small personal projects. My musical experience consists of piano study and performance, many years of choral singing, handbell ringing, and self-taught guitar. During my undergraduate years at Bucknell I was a member of the Rooke Chapel Choir and Rooke Chapel Ringers. We performed regularly and traveled throughout the United States and Europe with classical and contemporary repertoire. During my senior year I directed the a cappella group Beyond Unison, which was an incredible experience. I also arranged many songs for this ensemble including Jar of Hearts, Send Me on My Way, and The A Team. In 2012 we released our latest cd, Voice Activated which can be found on iTunes! In addition to film/media studies and music, I have a strong passion for community service. I especially enjoy working with children and even more so, children with disabilities. I grew up alongside an autistic brother and adopted sister who have given me a special outlook on life and an unconditional tolerance when working with people. Ideally I would like to combine my love and talent for film and music to reach out to this demographic and hopefully bring joy and meaning to them and their families.
