CurrentWork as a team to provide exceptional customer service, ensure loan applications follow all policies and procedures, verify lien position and liabilities, and provide loan servicing to an existing portfolio. • Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships by providing a consistent quality level of service that is timely, thorough, and responsive to the needs of the customer.• Work in a team environment to accomplish goals.• Provide back up customer support for incoming calls and walk in traffic. • Assist in maximizing time and efficiency for both operations and sales teams.• Represent company at industry and community functions.• Accountable for loan application processing and coordination, up to the point of closing preparation. • Analyze loan application for completeness and ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.• Perform verification of customer liabilities, ensuring a first lien position on all collateral while reducing company risk.• Provide service to existing customers including gathering financials, background verifications and a variety of loan servicing actions.• Coordinate with Lending Officers on new loan activity from application to decision and facilitate line of credit renewal process.• Assist in the development of marketing and sales presentations.
