This ensured members were satisfied with the ICE support.Developed problem solving and troubleshooting skills when errors occurred between the online system and the background program (MemSys) including identifying where £10,000 ($17,000) per year was being lost due to a glitch in the systemI managed the update of Initial Professional Development procedures and workbooks including internal audits to ensure the ICE was improving efficiency in its service. I was responsible for the ongoing upgrade of the procedures and management of the Associate Membership grade. Identified areas of risk and opportunity to continue to enhance the system and worked alongside the project manager and developers to roll out the new online system

Managed many funding applications due at the same time, each with different funding requirements and created the budgets to follow. This involved establishing priorities of work in a time sensitive environment. Increased the number of likes on the School's Facebook page by 60% over three months, and increased the number of 'impressions' on Twitter from 1.8k to 25.8k over the same period. Organised the creation of purchase order numbers and the payment of invoices for the department using internal software.

Organised the 2016 Innovation Booster. This one-day conference style event had the largest participation to date with 150 attendees and 30 experts speaking.Managed 30 volunteers to ensure they were satisfied and doing their roles.Implemented an easy to follow timetable in advance of the event to ensure volunteers knew their roles and were excited about the event. Used Microsoft Excel and Salesforce to understand and draw data about the incoming cohort of students to allow our teams to work closely with those identified as requiring more support.
