Kelli has over twenty years of experience as a professional mariner and holds a 1600tn Inland Master's License, Master of Towing and Limited AB. Kelli's currently the Senior Manager of Maritime Operations for the Port of Seattle where she leads a small and highly effective team managing ten properties throughout Elliott Bay and the Duwamish River. These properties serve large fishing vessels that call the Port, tugs, barges, marine construction, research vessels, ships of state, small cruise vessels and the occasional super yacht. In her work at the Port, Kelli builds partnerships and a collaborative environment both internally, with other lines of business, and externally working with outside agencies and industry partners. Kelli has been an active member of the Northwest Marine Terminals Association, recently completing her term as president at the January 2024 winter meeting. She is a current board member of the Seattle Marine Business Coalition. Prior to entering the Maritime profession, Kelli enjoyed a successful career in banking and investments. Outside of work, Kelli is an avid recreational boater and enjoys all things water related.
