My primary focus is on temporary nonimmigrant work visas including, H, L, O, and TN, and permanent residency (green cards) including, labor certification, I-140, I-485, consular processing, outstanding researchers, extraordinary ability, and multinational managers or executives. I also advise clients on immigration issues related to mergers and acquisitions, represent them in government audits and investigations, such as worksite visits and I-9 audits, and assist in compliance with all other aspects of immigration laws and regulations. My clients range from startup to Fortune 500.
