I am passionate about advancing equity and diversity and solving challenging social problems through enthusiastic advocacy, allyship, rigorous research, technical assistance, effective communication, and transformational leadership.As a social sector professional with 20 years of experience working with non-profits, governments, and intergovernmental organizations, my mission is to uncover truths and apply this knowledge for positive impact.I appreciate opportunities to solve problems by leveraging my expertise and experience from a diverse career in public, private, non-profit, and intergovernmental organizations, where I honed my skills in partnership development, strategy, communications, technical assistance, and design, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (DMEAL). I enjoy leading teams and working collaboratively with colleagues on projects in communities all around the world and thrive in multicultural settings and ambiguous and challenging situations.
