Direct, plan, and organize all phases of the proposal development, submission, and contracting process in response to Clinical Trials Requests for Proposals (RFPs).• Direct the global Request For Proposal (RFP) process, in conjunction with Business Development Directors and Proposal Analyst(s).• Develop strategies pertaining to Proposal generation and pricing in order to optimize sales.• Liaise between ACM and global affiliates to determine global pricing strategy. Negotiate annual rate cards.• Understand, develop and modify ACM pricing as it compares to competitors. Interface with Scientific Affairs to provide pricing for all reference testing. Ensure consistency of global laboratory pricing.• Manage, centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI) and Executive Summaries.• Direct Clinical Trials Global Contract process to ensure proper review of Contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Work Orders and Letters of Intent (LOIs). Develop and maintain contract templates. Develop and standardize processes for efficient and proactive tracking of contracts utilizing SalesForce.• Interact with clients on proposals, pricing and preferred provider negotiations, contract negotiations and participate in defense meetings. • Lead and participate in global process improvement projects. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
