Responsibilities include working in Quick Books and Excel daily, checking in drivers and taking their invoices and checks and depositing the money. Invoicing and doing credits daily for our clients. Taking egg orders by phone and making sure they are on the route for the next business day. Answering busy phones and making sure our clients are taken care of. Send out statements for monies owed.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with copy requests, issues documents, cashiers funds, prepares and scan documents, prepares new case files following established guidelines, procedure and statutes. Ability to work under high production level to meet daily workload. Participates in planning of programs, policies or objectives for own work group and department. Transports documents in court and prepares paperwork for the Judge's in my courts.

Responsibilites include assisting with the administration of the day to day operations of the human resources duties such as HRIS, employee relations, benefits and employment. Day to day duties consist of employee orientations, development and training logistics and recordkeeping, assisting with all employee relations and company employee comunications. All employee services, compensation and benefits, administration as well as maintaining all employee files and the HR filing systems. Assisting with the day to day operation of the HR office with payroll including distributing all paychecks and issuing parking passes as well as all insurance.

Responsibilities as Receptionist included answering multi-lined phone system for entire office and determined where each call needed to be placed based on request. Greeted all visitors as well and gave direction depending on what was needed. Administratior for Prometric Testing Center and in this capacity responsibilities consisted of signing all students in, testing and monitoring and coordination of all classes. Prepared all mail and FedEx daily. Responsibilities as Office Manager included overseeing the Prometric Testing Center and Certiport Testing. Monitored all attendance and classes as well as giving all completion certificates out to students. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ordering all weekly food commitments for classes/meetings, handling of all off-site instuctors, parking, database cleanup, cold calling and blitzing. Daily set up for all PowerPoint classes. Coordination of all special events with advertising, food ordering and clean up. Supervised Receptionist and Marketing Assistant in their daily duties.
