Coordinate with vendors to gather proposals for capital expenditure projects for a 600-unit residential building. Assess and prioritize vendor proposals based on project urgency and incorporate them into a 5-year capital expenditure budget. Develop the building’s annual operating budget, ensuring all routine expenses and maintenance costs are accurately forecasted. Analyze financial data and prepare reports on both capital and operating budgets, ensuring alignment with long-term building goals.

Oversee operations of affordable/permanent solution housing community in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Owner, Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. Providing residents with annual paperwork along with conducting re-certification interviews in partnership with onsite service providers. Collection of rent, issuance of receipts, serve late rent notices, make remote bank deposits. Establishing good resident relation policies. Processing invoices for payment by reviewing, coding and processing all accounts payable in accordance with budget guidelines. Manage calendars for Regional Vice President, General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Arrange domestic business travel arrangements as needed.

Responsible for ensuring a fast paced, customer centric branch of over 100 people comprised of Executive Management, Sales Managers & Recruiters runs efficiently. Manage a team of 12 Administrative Professionals as well as recruiting, hiring and terminations when necessary. Perform Human Resources duties such as onboarding and termination paperwork, handling confidential materials.
