Develop, lead, and execute procurement category strategies for In-Store Marketing within print services across Electronics, Entertainment, Toys, and Sporting Goods divisions. All while balancing the fast-paced and changing landscape of indirect procurement elements in a timely, cost effective and high-quality manner. Key role includes, identifying the total spend, prioritizing the opportunities to leverage purchases, execute supplier agreements, and work with suppliers and buyers to support indirect flow plans.

Provide project management both within and outside the organization for Operations conversions activities. High level of project documentation, process design, Operations knowledge, technical expertise, and problem solving unique to processing conversions.

Description:Focus on advanced daily operations tasks and/or tasks with higher levels of risk than those performed by Operations Associates, and perform customer service, data entry, processing, reconciling , and data maintenance tasks of a more complex nature. Work requires close attention to detail and requires analytical skills. Teach processes to less experienced individuals in the area or department. Solve escalated problems while ensuring compliance with business practices and policies. Element of risk are managed through operational reviews, system checks, and adherence to policies. -Process transactions of a more complex nature within a specific area or department.-Analyze and input information/data into computer files, databases or systems, or in record retention systems.-Provided onsite training and support to branch office personnel as needed.

Description: Responsible for the day-to-day account transfer process. This includes working with RBC’s branches and third parties to ensure a smooth and successful transfer in accordance with FINRA Rules. -Process incoming transfers to completion in accordance with applicable FINRA Rules.-Maintain detailed notes on all transfer requests.Accurately direct transfer request with internal departments and among other broker/dealers.-Resolve discrepancies on assets that have not been received.-Respond to transfer status inquiries from branches and broker/dealers.-Receive processing, variation, or method questions from branches.On the board for EDAC committee, as well as the Operative word committee. Performed at a 100% call ratio from months October through January.

Responsible for the day-to-day account transfer process. This included working with mutual funds, direct registration and ACAT transfers. Role include the completion of processing by providing a smooth and successful transfer in accordance with FINRA Rules.Developed a new process that optimized daily operations and cut processing time 2 hours daily.
