Finance Manager
CurrentFinance/HR Manager overseeing 5-6 national mid-size corporate entities around IT and commercial property management.♦️ Provide full cycle accounting for all corporate entities.♦️ Manage and maintain accurate general ledger, including internal account audits.♦️ Manage invoicing, A/R, and collections process♦️ Supervise workload and performance of bookkeeping assistant♦️ Manage cash flow daily and coordinate A/R, A/P and other activities accordingly for all entities as well as owner’s accounts.♦️ Manage A/P and liaise with staff to ensure timely payments♦️ Manage all aspects of payroll, including preparation, utilizing Paychex Payroll system, PTO accruals, review and audit expense reimbursements, garnishments and handle all tax and reporting requirements.♦️ Onboard/Offboard employees; including but not limited to employee handbooks and NDA/NSA agreements.♦️ Manage 401k program and provider♦️ Manage all aspect of national Sales Tax-from setup, collection, filings of hardware and SaaS♦️ Provide financial oversight of our procurement operations♦️ Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly including previous gaps and/or inaccuracies.♦️ Present financial statements to executives on a weekly/monthly basis♦️ Work closely with tax consultant, executives and state/federal municipalities for proper tax planning and preparations♦️ Plan, manage and execution of benefits and insurance administration, including HSA/HRAs.♦️ Oversee the management and administration of multiple locations.♦️ Manage annual agreements with both clients and vendors for insurance, leases, software, etc.
