Complete large group rate development for renewals and for prospective groups. Run monthly reports that are used to track a group’s status. Provide support to the ITSC's to meet client expectations and to keep a positive relationship. Place procurement orders as requested from start to finish, including investigating items needed and producing the quote to send the client. Maintain a well working rapport with assigned client accounts to identify and address issues, concerns and additional.

Ensure stable cash flow between customers and company, and ensure all payments to the company are received. Approve customer deals and other arrangements, set credit limits, and help solve customer billing and payment issues. Train and develop new employees, and always provide excellent customer service.
