Development Manager
Organizes and implements administrative systems to ensure an effective and efficient development effort. Manages a range of internal organizational operations not limited to human resources, financial systems and budgeting, board communications and information systems. Supervises event staff/contractors and will work closely with planning committee. Coordinates recognition programs as needed.
Administrative Assistant
PrairieCare Fund is a registered non-profit in the state of Minnesota. The mission of PCF is to transform lives by fostering mental health and well-being among youth and families. This role supports the executive, Board of Directors and work of PrairieCare Child & Family Fund. This role is important in the growth of this young organization through assistance with events, programs, donor management & recognition, marketing and outreach support. Standard tasks include arranging meetings, preparing and distributing agendas & minutes, board communication, coordinating schedules, assistance with budgeting, and monthly accounting updates. Responsible for revising and updating documents and mailings as requested and must have the ability to use and learn several software programs (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, GreaterGiving, OneCause Weebly, AI, ID and/or other website editing programs). Maintains confidential donor information. Drafts policy procedures, organizational diagrams, letters, visual aid graphics, and flow charts. Manages multiple projects and receives direction from Executive Director and Board Members.
Medical Receptionist
Carry out all activities required to maintain organization in the department including filing, data entry, communication facilitation among staff, and data gathering/verification. Schedule patients and contact patients for rescheduling when needed. Answer phones/transfer calls as needed. Ensure appropriate forms are obtained when patient arrives. Educates and informs donors on preliminary aspects of the stem-cell donation process and prepares them for the potential next steps in the process. Locates and outreaches to non-responsive donors using data provided at recruitment, including alternate contacts; uses internet search tools and other identified resources. Assesses donors' commitment and continued interests. Collects/reviews donors' medical health history information and assesses medical conditions to determine further donor participation (conducts abbreviated Preliminary Health History Questionnaire and screening, determines initial eligibility, and discusses health history forms and medical information with supervisor, donor center staff, and medical services as needed). Establishes and maintains good relationships with donor center staff and collaborating departments. Record Update- Updates donor records (demographics, status etc.) accurately and efficiently in STAR Link database from donor phone calls, mailings and/or website responses. Retrieves and responds to voicemail messages from team extension and staff designated extension. Demonstration of excellent customer service skills and resolution. Logs in daily to the team 'phone skill group' and administers assistance to other team members as needed (i.e. assisting to service and/or redirecting incoming donor file calls). Answers phones, takes messages, provides information as appropriate or routes callers to appropriate staff in an efficient, courteous manner. Assists in training and mentoring of new staff.

Consistently achieve required number of dials and appointments to ensure an adequate of blood inventory is available to patients in need. Participates in educational opportunities to stay abreast on organizational issues and to learn new skills. Clear, concise, and assertive communication style while maintaining a positive experience to potential donors. Assists in training and mentoring of new staff.
