As a Professional Recruiter, I am responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding for experienced roles across the US. • Develop strong relationships with the hiring managers to understand job profiles, responsibilities, skills and target companies• Act as the face of the company and the first-round interview before any candidates meet with the Hiring Managers and Executives • Occasional travel to build BlueGrace brand on the college campus through Career Fairs, pop-up events and on-campus interviews• Create candidate pipelines by generating interest in our open positions through innovative sourcing strategies• Collaborate with BlueGrace team to ensure hiring aligns with leadership strategies • Administer personality and logic testing • Prepare candidates for interviews and follow up for candidate debriefs

As a BDR I'm primarily responsible for sourcing, qualifying and engaging target enterprise (large client) opportunities through cold calls, emails and internet marketing. Once I've determined a potential customers supply chain and transportation needs, I'm strategically working to set up qualified meetings with C- Level executives by providing a comprehensive understanding of our enterprise services.Accomplishments- Overcame objections and able to provide advanced knowledge of business systems, vertical markets, supply chain models, and apply our value proposition to the needs of the customer.
