Serve as the operational leader for the division of academic affairs reporting directly to the provost. Responsible for curricular matters, including the development, workforce alignment, implementation, outcomes assessment, and review process for all programs to ensure quality and consistency with the institutional mission and strategic objectives.

Serve as the chief student development administrator for the campus reporting directly to the campus president and the provost. Provide leadership, budgetary management and oversight for the areas of admissions; recruitment; financial aid; counseling; career services; student support specialists; academic advising; registration; student engagement and co-curricular programs; athletics; and disability services at South Campus. Responsible for completing college wide objectives, coordinating enrollment management activities in the service area; partnering with K-12 educational institutions; and serving as a liaison for the college in the community. Provide leadership and oversight for academic advisement, registration, career services, and counseling across four campuses and four centers in support of a “one-college” model.

Responsible for supervising registration, student records, and academic advisement operations for the campus; supervised seventeen academic advisors and six clerical support staff members in two separate collective bargaining units.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the women’s college, including, planning and assessment of programs and services; overseeing the delivery of various instructional programs; supervising staff; working with faculty; monitored number and type of courses, timing of courses, faculty load, and cancellation of low enrolled courses; meeting with students to resolve issues and complaints and process substitutions, petitions, and special course registrations; managing the academic stranding process, including academic warnings, probation, dismissals, the dean’s list and other honors.
