Plan, manage, and facilitate RSVP marketing events for Renewal by Andersen of Kansas City. Our RSVP events successfully reached a wide customer base with using geographically targeted areas within the greater KC metropolitan area.

As a promoter (part time), I learned and utilized the skills to set quality appointments based on the company’s commitments needed to successfully lead generate. As the team leader (full time), I was still promoting as well as helping management grow the department through recruiting, hiring and training, by creating professional development, as well as coordinating, organizing, and maintaining event props and materials for distribution between events and teammates.

I was a Pre-K teacher for a multi-aged room of 2.5 to 6 years of age where I taught using Reggio Emilia, and followed KELS and Common Core Early Learning Standards. We worked closely with Kansas State guidelines, and were NAEYC accredited. Children were in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where family involvement was encouraged, and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities were planned and facilitated.
