• Support the training and orientation of new-hires on case management policy and procedures
• Collaborate with both training supervisors and permanent supervisors
• Develop and implement new trainings for new staff
• Provide hands-on support and teaching in the office and in the field
• Develop and manage case plans for families and children to ensure child safety
• Evaluate, plan, and monitor case progress to move towards child permanency

• Facilitate, lead and develop session plans for grief support groups for children
• Train new interns and volunteers
• Conduct new family intakes with both the caregivers and the children

• Facilitate transition to college for incoming freshman
• Regularly communicate with 85 assigned first year students per semester to guide them through their first year of college through email, phone calling, bi-weekly meetings, and classroom observation
• Develop and plan events for students to attend
• Collaborate with other University offices to ensure the success of students
