Under the lead of Community Leader (CL), and independently in the absence of the CL, I am responsible for leading all store operations and logistics, including management of all team members, while upholding the highest standards of our mission and core principles.Responsibilities include:- Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding team members- Managing payroll, staff schedules, and catering calendars.- Submitting food, beverage, paper, and chemical orders on time- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our guests and team members.- Providing a safe food environment for my team and guests in accordance with state bylaws
