Assisted Senior VP of Sales with special projects focused on maximizing sales growth in the Foodservice Division. Projects included sales and management restructure focused on aligning organization for maximum sales effectiveness, analysis and restructure of job descriptions post-reorganization, in-depth market share and trend analysis, and development of new database and reporting system for Regional Chain Account Managers.

Hired as Area Director in Cleveland, OH responsible for $12M in sales and a team of five sales representatives. After 18 months, I was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and relocated to Chicago. As an RSM my responsibilities included hiring, developing and retaining top sales representatives and full line brokers by focusing on performance and coaching to impact business and sales. I planned, directed and led sales activities to achieve business objectives in a $32M Region.

Working for the Foodservice Division, I began as an Account Manager responsible for $2.5M in sales. I became a Corporate Regional Trainer and eventually a Regional Account Manger before being promoted to District Sales Manager. As a DSM my responisbilities included hiring, developing and retaining top sales representatives by focusing on performance and coaching to impact business and sales. I planned, directed and led sales activities to achieve business objectives in a $10M District.
