Have experience in Customer service, data entry, pre-certification, registration, scheduling, updating patients EMR, posting payments, managing provider calendars, surgery scheduling, using Microsoft Word and Excel, know how to use office equipment such as multi phone line system, fax, copiers, etc. Have done administrative assistant type duties for providers such as managing calendars, ordering supplies, creating spreadsheets, writing new policies, training, etc.
