Born and raised on a farming property in the Goulburn Valley, Kelli returned home to undertake her practical legal training in Numurkah after completing a Bachelor of Laws in 2003. Kelli quickly developed a strong interest in property law and commercial law with a particular love for farming matters.Kelli frequently advises on all issues relating to buying and selling property including water share purchases and sales. She provides specialist advice regarding on-farm efficiency infrastructure grants. Kelli regularly advises in relation to commercial and property matters and acts for clients in the sale and purchase of businesses. Kelli also provides her clients with estate planning advice.Kelli is renowned in the local area not just for her farming knowledge but also for her caring nature and her attitude towards her clients. Kelli strongly believes that in order to act in the best interests of her clients, the clients’ closest advisors should be involved. Where it will assist, Kelli takes a collaborative approach with accountants, bankers and financial planners to achieve the best result for her clients.Kelli received the Goulburn Valley Riverena Rural Ambassador Award in 2004—an important recognition to her commitment to farming life.Kelli previously served on the board of the Numurkah District Hospital and is a member of the Property & Commercial Law Sections of the Law Institute of Victoria.
