Marketing And Recruiting Manager
CurrentManages the entirety of the firm's marketing efforts and various initiatives that support the business development goals of individual attorneys, practice groups, & the firm. Tasks include, but are not limited to:-Managing the firm’s social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), including published social content & graphics-Maintaining & updating website pages and blogs, including editing, content discovery, etc. Currently co-leading a website re-design project-Coordinating client events on firm, practice group, & individual attorney levels, including the American Royal BBQ party (~1,000 attendees - headed event operations, working with a few attorneys to create a successful and entertaining event for clients), holiday parties, etc.-Assisting attorneys with the creation of biographies, announcements, & other written materials-Preparing, updating, editing, & assembling marketing materials-Serving as Co-Chair of the internal Marketing Committee-Organizing & tracking key marketing data, processes, & campaigns-Researching BD opportunities & identifying marketing goals-Public Relations efforts-Managing the firm's sports ticketing program-Selecting & organizing the shipment of client holiday gifts and cards-Working on print & digital ads-Organizing, promoting, executing, & assisting with firm & individual attorney sponsorships-Maintaining LFA membership & attending various LFA meetings-Working with outside vendors on various projects-Assisting in RFP responses & business documents (e.g. client letters)Offers direct support to the firm's recruitment efforts, & tasks include, but are not limited to:-Serving as a Member of internal Recruiting Committee-Preparing for fall recruiting by completing on-campus interview registration forms, fees, & firm marketing packages; maintaining recruiting calendar; scheduling interviews; serving as the primary contact point to candidates; assist with onboarding, plan related events, etc.
