Overall Purpose: Responsible for the planning, design and analysis of the outside plant facilities/network.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Performs the detailed design/plan for all required feeder facility relief including Central Office (C.O.) transfers, major undertakings and /or routine activities after closely coordinating with the Planning/Design group. Provides detailed design/plan for facilities (feeder and/or distribution) to meet service demands. Conducts job costing activities. Requires full understanding for outside plant installation and maintenance technician activities.

Responsibilities include design of buried, underground and aerial copper and fiber cable systems and associated plant. Duties include taking accurate and detailed field notes, drafting and validating, interacting with information systems specific to supporting AT&T in the Southeast, and performing self-check on work and quality control of work for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the client’s standards.

Organize annual fund campaign, maintain contacts with contributors, maintain development database, research grants and write proposals, create Annual Report, assist with special campaigns and events, develop marketing materials, prepare publicity releases and advertising, maintain contacts with local media, update and maintain school website and social media, facilitate success of annual auction, prepare correspondence and reports, coordinate with all volunteers, maintain communication with staff, parents, volunteers and the public.

Manage office, organize workflow and all facets of running the studio. Create and maintain client databases and relationships. Draft all correspondence, maintain schedules and appointment calendars. Process accounts payable and payroll time sheets, resolve accounting issues. Coordinate all PR, advertising and sales. Coordinated development of brand logo and designed ad copy for all promotional materials.

Composed all correspondence, created databases for direct mail and assembling mail-outs, assisted with new publications, created reports and presentations, assisted with events and performed daily administrative functions.
