Promote safety on the TaskRabbit platform ​by establishing and managing TaskRabbit’s policies and operations for Marketplace Safety, including background check operations and effective enforcement of the Terms of Service.Keep our community financially safe​ by overseeing daily operations addressing issues such as fraudulent accounts, payments, and high value claims. -Being a product expert across the mobile experience (Android and iOS) and web experience-Handling member issues efficiently as it pertains to their accounts and/or tasks-Handling dispute escalation in accordance to existing policies and procedures-Working with the management team and peers to effectively resolve high priority member issues-Recording and communicating bugs and feedback to the developers and the management team-Staying informed of all site and policy changes and be able to articulate them accurately-Providing training and support for new members of the team-Providing ongoing support to our remote team members -Monitoring, maintaining and updating the external Support Center for our community

- Plan and design the monthly calendar of social activities for students.- Create itineraries for each event, notify attending students, and hire leaders .- Publicize events, create posters, maintain social media advertising- Develop and maintain cooperate responsibility initiatives - Organize and execute annual school-wide fundraiser parties- Track and manage the activities budget- Manage and supervise office interns- Buy and sell large event tickets (such as sporting events, ballets, operas, symphonies etc)

- CEA accredited school, teaching all cognative skills including listening speaking reading wrting pronunication grammar and vocabulary. I uphold the CEA standards that ensure students receive quality English language training.- Pull from a variety of sources to desgin well-balanced and invigorating daily lesson plans - Give feedback and counseling bi-monthly to ensure student’s progress and address their concerns- Develope and lead outside school activities to give students the opportunity to use English in real life situations

-Taught ages 4 – 65 English conversation in both a group and private setting. -Designed lessons that engage students through interactive games. -Created supplemental materials using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.-Assisted in the development of new curriculum for the company.

Co-taught 3rd-6th grade elementary school students with a Korean teacher. - Created an intensive summer camp curriculum for 6th grade students using Let’s Go textbooks- Taught a weekly staff English conversation class in which I planned and designed the materials.
