Managed the statewide program development, implementation, and management strategies for the USO of North Carolina. Accountable for all human resource related situations for over forty employees.• Created and implemented ten new programs in the focus areas of military resiliency, transition assistance, education, and military family support. Continuously maintained or updated existing programs based on needs assessments, focus groups, and evaluation outcomes and metrics.• Led efforts to garner internal and external attention for the USO of North Carolina and its programs by fostering by-in from stakeholders, supporting development in fundraising, building strong relationships with key military leaders, and strategically aligning with vetted community partners.• Directly managed a department of nine employees including staff that telecommuted and geographically dispersed across the state. Indirectly supported over forty staff members by managing all human resources related situations for the USO of North Carolina.• Strategically aligned corporate, foundation, and state government donors with USO of NC programs which resulted in over $3 million dollars in revenue for the organization.
