Responsible for managing all aspects of large-scale capex budgets ($700M+) for 5G small cell and network fiber infrastructure construction projects. Prepares quarterly financial reviews and weekly spending reports for high-visibility projects. Researches and remedies complex budget issues to ensure ROI including analyzing financial forecasts, reviewing purchase orders, assisting with internal audits, closing jobs, ensuring budgets meet compliance requirements, verifying financial data against customer contracts, assisting project delivery team with risk assessments, quarterly FP&A outlook/guidance exercises and completing sunk cost analyses.Works closely with Project Management team and cross-functional partners to track capex spending across multiple accounting systems.

Assisted with project management of high-volume cell tower/telecom installations from site acquisition through construction. Managed financial budgets, tracked critical milestones, assisted with forecast dates and ensured projects reached construction NTP within customers’ timeline. Coordinated customer design/scoping meetings and assisted with interpretation of CDs, structural documents and Radio Frequency Data Sheets (RFDS) in order to determine final equipment configurations for construction. Managed deployment calls with internal teams to ensure all deliverables for projects were on track for completion. Collaborated with internal/external teams and lines of business (Real Estate, Leasing, Regulatory, Zoning/Permitting, Contracts) from inception of project through completion of construction.Assisted with deployment of large-scale carrier installations (Sprint NEXP, AT&T CBAND and FirstNet) as well as fiber, microwave and generator installs.

Managed all financial responsibilities for cell tower construction projects including budgeting, issuing POs, invoicing, tracking risks and ensuring targeted Service Gross Margin is met per quarter. Oversaw project deliverables in order to meet customer specifications, timelines and milestones within multiple project management systems (Sprint/Verizon/AT&T). Deliverables include construction closeout packages, leasing documents, structural engineering documents, construction drawings, building permits, zoning submittals and regulatory studies.Completed various project coordination tasks such as closing jobs, vendor management, tracking AR aging invoices, rewarding bids, reviewing closeouts, releasing POs for payment, requesting customer funding, creating process documents as the customer SME and training new hires.

Collaborated with a global team across multiple lines of business with researching and troubleshooting the supply-chain side of Amazon. Contributed to specialty projects in conjunction with software development teams, business teams and project managers covering a large scope of support tools and procedures. Project examples include data analysis, process improvement, workflow testing, identifying knowledge gaps in training procedures and implementing improvements to the Amazon interface in order to reduce trouble tickets. Cross-trained as a subject matter expert in 3 core areas and completed the Certified Specialty Trainer program. Training duties included mentoring classes and preparing to lead training courses.

Coordinated large overhaul project of 4,000+ product images for internal company use. Implemented all photo equipment and software procedures, established workflow, captured images and processed all files. Created formal written policy and procedure documents including visual training guides for sales, purchasing, administrative and IT departments.
