I have several managerial responsibilities as a Shift Leader. During the shift, I supervise and direct other servers and team members to ensure a successful shift for all, and verify that the other servers complete their allotted work before the ends of their respective shifts. At the end of the shift, I am responsible for closing the restaurant after every other server has been checked and clocked out. As a Server Coach, I train Rookie Servers upon their hiring to prepare them to serve or bartend at Miller's. I am currently cross-training as a Miller's bartender, as I already have been certified as a Mixologist.

Under the supervision of Mariann Kenville-Moore, the Director of Policy and Advocacy at the DCADV, I attended Delaware General Assembly legislative hearings, and participated in Committee and Task Force meetings during the Legislative Session. My projects for the internship included conducting and compiling research on the Victims' Bill of Rights of other states to prepare for an amendment to the Delaware State Constitution protecting Victims' rights, as well as conducting research on the stalking victimization within the LGBTQ+ community and creating the LGBTQ+ Stalking Victimization Fact Sheet.
