My role is to strategically investigate every operational area of the business for continued improvement with special emphasis on the delivery of our Functions across our 13 function spaces. This entails managing a Group Sales Manager and on-site mentorship of 4 Functions Managers. Specifically, I investigate operational challenges and develop ways to deliver our functions in a more professional and polished manner. I have had success with the integration of our new functions software, revision of all function collateral including function terms, basic correspondence templates, development of sales channels and implementation of function systems and procedures. As Business Development Manager, I provide a service that delivers a hospitality solution for a wide variety of customers. My event concierge team work closely with me to ensure every clients event is managed closely from beginning to end. We strive to deliver an exceptional experience, every time.In addition I manage the strategic direction and creative control of our social media across 4 platforms. Together with our Social Media Co-ordinator, we execute a planned social media calendar of content that drives traffic and engagement to our platforms which has resulted in tremendous business growth. I have creative input into our artwork and in-house creation of marketing collateral for all aspects of our business.
