* Leader of the Safety Program at both Evansville facilities.* Manage activities to meet business expectations including elements in safety and compliance in a cost effective manner.* Analyze injury and illness trends and develop new alternatives to aid in a decrease in incidents.* Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal safety standards and regulations.* Investigate potential safety incidents to identify the root cause and determine corrective and preventative actions.* Develop and implement policies and procedures that conform to OSHA regulations, as well as review them annually at a minimum.* Coordinate, develop, and deliver presentations to train others or communicate information.* Maintain all training records, both hard-copy & electronically.* Manage and maintain the Safety Incentive Program.* Train Supervision/Emergency Response Team members in Firs Aid, CPR/AED.* Maintain the SPC program.* Troubleshoot production and QA issues with SPC.
