Provide contract consulting services to churches, non-profits and small business, helping to achieve organizational goals and missions. Emphasis is placed on networking, collaborating, building strategic partner alliances and effective teams. Services available are strategic planning, plan implementation, short-term and long-term project management, fundraising (events and grant-writing), interim executive management, sourcing/procurement, procedures development and software solutions implementation for effective program and organizational management, staff and volunteer training, marketing and communications.

Provided leadership and strategic planning and guidance/oversight for Real Resources and its family of Youth Works, Youth Specialties, Big Stuf organizations, and Especialidades Juveniles, which focus on mission, ministry and training events for youth and youth workers. Overall strategic and operational responsibility and member of the Executive Leadership Team for planning, formulating, evaluating and implementing all key strategic and management decisions. including staffing, training and coaching, team-building, organization restructuring, business procedures development, budgeting, improving the IT infrastructure and productivity, and all aspects of shared services, which included operations, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse management, online fulfillment center, ministry event support, sales and marketing. Served as a servant leader on the Church Council, during a time of transition, helping to guide the church in its mission to have a greater impact on the local community during a time of economic recession. Accepted the position of Local Missions & Outreach Director to develop and manage 60+ programs and inspired groups and hundreds of volunteers to live out their faith by helping others in need. During that time, I networked and coordinated with local non-profits, government agencies, schools and other professionals to discover the largest gaps in service, to help those in need. Founded the Community Resource Center, which provides short-term emergency housing/shelter for 180 families per year and serves the needs of 800+ households per year (mostly children and their parents), in need of shelter/housing assistance, food, basic needs, case management and connection to other resources in the community. Through networking with community partner agencies, relations/public speaking, grant writing, fundraising, negotiating,and developing a large network of volunteers and donors, we were able to serve the needs of homeless, hungry, sick or disabled or those living in poverty in our community. Our program was studied by the county and state governments, as a model. Also served as Chairperson of Washington County Housing Collaborative, Co-Author/Chair of Heading Home Washington (Plan to End Homelessness), member of St. Andrew's Homelessness Task Force, Strategic Planning Group, Hope For The Journey Home Advisory Council and several Suburban Ramsey and Washington County Collaborative Groups.

Founded and developed an internationally recognized FAA-Approved aircraft parts organization, with 3 divisions: FAA-Accredited Distributor, FAA/JAA-Approved Hydraulic Repair Station and FAA-PMA Approved Manufacturer of flight control cables. The organization provided commercial aircraft parts to airlines, maintenance facilities, OEM's/manufacturers and distributors around the world. Negotiated supply, maintenance and/or consignment contracts with Boeing, Lockheed, FedEx, and numerous airlines and maintenance facilities in the USA, as well as China/Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Singapore, Africa and more. Negotiated consignment agreements with commercial airlines for their surplus inventory, as well as becoming an approved distributor of filters, cables, clamps, connectors, and various aircraft hardware. Provided AOG service and quick research for urgent and hard to find parts for most Boeing, Douglas and Lockheed aircraft, through a large parts database of 2Million+ parts and an extensive network of approved suppliers and relationship with other airlines, repair facilities and maintenance bases, who may have stock immediately available.
