CARING- I chose to stay several hours past my clock out time on a Friday night to make sure a potential client had a place to sleep. He told me he would never forget my kindness. HONEST- I informed my employer when I was accidentally overpaid. He deducted the money from the following paycheck and thanked me for my honesty. ADAPTABLE- It was not uncommon for me to arrive at work and be told I needed to transport a client to another town right away. Even though I had the whole week planned out in advance, it was always exciting to have last minute adventures added on. CREATIVE- I became the arts and crafts director after I saw a need for a daily organized activity to engage the children and volunteered myself to make sure it happened. The best part was working hand over hand with the children to help them create a project of their own. TEAM PLAYER- I completed an escape room on time with 3 other people. It was exciting to see all of our individual strengths come together to complete a common goal that none of us could have done alone.
