At Dupaco, I implement and maintain triggered marketing communications to members. I work closely with the data architect to ensure we have the correct fields for setting up queries. Also, I use Power Bi to build reports for daily monitoring and reporting to leadership. I also manage our member survey platform and perform a quarterly analysis on the results. Dupaco is a credit union—a financial co-operative. That means the more good things we do for our members, the better off all members are.
