As a tenure marketing analyst at Dupaco Community Credit Union I have used data to identify opportunities to market to members, improve the business and meet the needs of stakeholders. I have strong project management skills and the ability to plan marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish by backing into dates, estimating resources, and creating timelines. I have created and activated audiences within multiple marketing technologies, and I am confident creating and interpreting reporting to make decisions or recommend changes. I can make naïve predictions using historical data and make recommendations for goals. I have experienced multiple technology implementations including Touche Analyzer MCIF, Marquis MCIF, Voice of the Customer Medallia, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Personalization Studio and Salesforce Intelligence. My journey as a marketing analyst has provided me with the expertise to understand marketing data and to connect marketing data to enterprise data for more robust analysis. In the beginning of my career, I did everything from writing letters, designing the emails and creating the segments to eventually being primarily focused on the technology, segmentation and reporting. I am a natural leader with strong communication skills, listening skills, the ability to empathize and strong problem solving skills.
