Creative Services ManagerSuccessfully build relationships with clients from small non-profits to large Fortune 500 companies. Manage budgets ranging from $10,000 to $200,000+; provide attentive service to clients and motivation to creative team regardless the size of project budget. Develop relationships with new clients; grow single projects into ongoing relationships.AccountabilitiesProject Management• Manage creative projects from proposal through client acceptance.• Manage multiple projects concurrently.• Create and maintain team energy and cohesiveness throughout effort.• Manage all project aspects including: setting delivery scope, expectation management, estimating budget and time requirements, overall project and resource planning, internal and external communication management, timeline management, vendor management and ongoing budget management. Assure work product quality and an on-schedule delivery.• Exhibit ongoing leadership in guiding creative team through unexpected changes while maintaining quality, schedule and budget. Keep internal and external teams aligned throughout the effort.Account Service and Creative Direction• Partner with clients to understand project goals and overall creative strategy. Provide consultative services to clients around their creative strategies and objectives.• Assemble the most effective creative team and outside vendors to ensure the success of the project.• Consistently and effectively advocate for the client; help team understand the client’s goals and underlying creative direction.• Participate and provide feedback and direction during internal creative reviews prior to client presentation. Present creative to client and review rationale. Manage revision/feedback process between design team and client.• Actively learn about and understand the client’s brand, positioning, target demographics and objectives.
