Inside Sales Associate- Showroom Post Sale
CurrentThe Client Service Team supports the Showroom Team, Homeowners, Project Managers, Designers, and other various professionals. It is our job to consistently troubleshoot the various situations that arise. The situations come to us via in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails. Situations can be as simple as tracking the status of an order or placing showroom selections on order. They can get as detailed determining warranty and service solutions for previous or current orders, or tracking down items that are few and far between. My role currently has me answering an average of 40 calls a day from the various homeowners and professionals across the state of Michigan, while researching and following up on the phone calls, and taking care of tasks that are asked of me by my Showroom Team.
