 Reconcile accounts within the Collections system to the corresponding Billing, Policy and Claims systems data, research and resolve any discrepancies between the two systems. Navigate multiple Billing, Policy, and Claims system platforms to retrieve pertinent information related to accounts in Collections  Compiles information and analyzes qualitatively and/or quantitatively via various Collection system reports and provide to management. Develops and/or assists in developing software applications/models to improve reporting as well as other processes and conducting follow up and data verification as needed Communicates with other departments including Billing, Premium Audit and Underwriting and Claims as necessary to resolve issues related to business accounts being serviced by the Collections Department. Assists in problem resolution as needed to ensure that customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies Resolve technical issues within the system to mitigate account errors and handle customer issues resulting from such issues Meets regularly with supervisor to review work, discuss project status, concerns, and seek guidance. Provide analysis to management for complex technical issues Provide continuous systems training to staff on Collections processes Prepare and update user documentation for Collections Department procedures  Performs special IT projects as lead for the Collections Department. Serve as subject matter expert for system testing of new processes, problem solving, and continuous improvement
