-Handle the day to day claims processing including reviewing claim reports, discussing claims with broker and adjusters, providing updates to Lloyds of London-Maintain agency and personnel licenses for our states of business-Prepare and submit taxes for the multiple states that we place business in-Prepare agency documents as requested for carriers -Maintain files for our carrier contracts -Prepare monthly reporting documents to be sent to Lloyds of London detailing premiums and claims-Provide support as requested to the President and Operations Manager-Send out and process agency agreements for new brokers
