Current• Order delinquent deliverables including lien searches and estoppels• Run and work reports daily to make sure entire pipeline is up to date daily• Monitor email boxes to complete required tasks and make sure status requests are distributed to the proper parties• Handle incoming calls as part of a phone queue schedule to provide current status of files• Work directly with Lenders, Realtors, Buyers, and Sellers to provide preliminary HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Closing Protection Letters and Title Commitments according to Underwriting guidelines• Receive new closing orders on an internet platform• Search for and contact licensed notaries in the state in which a closing is occurring• Complete verification of background screening and commissions• Coordinate closing between in house closer and notary
